What you will be working on

As a member of our Internal Audit department, you will support auditing processes by leveraging advanced data analytics tools and techniques. You will be responsible performing data analytics tests to support business audits, ensuring compliance, and identifying operational efficiencies.

In this role, you will:

  • Utilise computer-assisted audit tools or programming languages to conduct thorough audits and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with auditors, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gain insights into processes and systems, and design data analytics tests aligned with audit objectives.
  • Execute continuous auditing assignments using data analytics methodologies to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform comprehensive data analytics tests to detect anomalies, trends, and potential risks.
  • Prepare detailed audit findings, reports, and presentations for management review.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned to support the audit function.

What are we looking for

  • Relevant experience in data analytics within an audit function, with a focus on data-driven audit techniques
  • Experience in scripting using computer-assisted audit tools such as ACL, as well as programming languages like Python, R, or similar.
  • Experience in applying data analytics methodologies to enhance audit processes, ensuring thoroughness and efficiency.
  • Experience in interpreting and derive insights from complex datasets relevant to audit objectives.
  • Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking.
  • Works independently and manages priorities effectively. 
  • Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges.


The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.

Position is on 2-year full time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with potential for emplacement into permanent position.
