What you will be working on
As an team member in Agency Schemes Management, you will play a crucial role in managing citizen disbursement schemes and ensuring effective case management for government initiatives. You will be responsible for assessing citizen appeals, coordinating with multiple government agencies, and driving continuous improvements in service delivery.
In this role, you will:
• Handle enquiries and assess appeals from citizens regarding government schemes, ensuring fair and thorough evaluation of each case
• Liaise with various government agencies to gather necessary information, coordinate responses, and address citizens' needs effectively
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements that improve service delivery
• Manage complex cases requiring detailed analysis and coordination across multiple stakeholders
• Contribute to policy implementation and operational excellence within the agency schemes framework

The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
