What you will be working on

As an team member in Agency Schemes Management, you will play a crucial role in managing citizen disbursement schemes and ensuring effective case management for government initiatives. You will be responsible for assessing citizen appeals, coordinating with multiple government agencies, and driving continuous improvements in service delivery.

In this role, you will:

• Handle enquiries and assess appeals from citizens regarding government schemes, ensuring fair and thorough evaluation of each case

• Liaise with various government agencies to gather necessary information, coordinate responses, and address citizens' needs effectively

• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements that improve service delivery

• Manage complex cases requiring detailed analysis and coordination across multiple stakeholders

• Contribute to policy implementation and operational excellence within the agency schemes framework

What are we looking for

• Relevant experience in case management, customer service, or public sector administration with focus on citizen engagement and appeals processing.

• Experience in liaising with government agencies and managing multi-stakeholder coordination.

• Knowledge of government schemes administration and policy implementation processes.

• Have experience in process improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects.

• Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking.

• Works independently and manages priorities effectively.

• Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges.

• Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail with ability to make sound judgements.

• Shows proactive approach to problem-solving with eagerness to learn and apply new skills.

 

The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.

 

Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
