As part of the DEI team under the Human Resource Department, you will be responsible for conceptualising, executing and communicating DEI initiatives across CPF Board. You will work independently to deliver impactful programmes that foster an inclusive workplace culture, ensuring that every officer can contribute their unique strengths whilst thriving in an environment that values both excellence and belonging.
In this role, you will:
- Undertake comprehensive development and implementation of DEI programmes within CPFB, including conceptualising and designing innovative DEI initiatives that are aligned with organisational objectives, researching best practices to address specific challenges, and creating programme frameworks with appropriate evaluation methods.
- Execute DEI programmes whilst managing budgets, timelines and ensuring quality delivery across all organisational levels.
- Develop communication strategies and content to drive organisational change, conduct data analysis on DEI metrics and programme effectiveness, and prepare regular reports with recommendations for senior management.
- Actively engage stakeholders across departments to understand their DEI needs, build collaborative relationships and integrate DEI considerations into existing organisational processes.
- Support additional HR portfolio responsibilities as required, depending on organisational needs and your strengths and interests.

- Relevant experience in developing and implementing workplace diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives or programmes.
- Have experience in conceptual and analytical thinking with ability to design practical solutions for complex organisational challenges.
- Have experience in data analysis, programme evaluation and preparing comprehensive reports for senior management.
- Knowledge of DEI best practices, frameworks and current trends in workplace inclusion.
- Knowledge of change management principles and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Cultural sensitivity and genuine interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion matters.
- Have experience in organisational skills with attention to detail and quality delivery.
- Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking.
- Works independently and manages priorities effectively.
- Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.

Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
