What you will be working on
In this role, you will:
- Strengthen the Board’s risk governance by designing and implementing risk management policies, frameworks and tools.
- Drive strategic foresight by identifying emerging risks, translating complex risk landscapes into clear insights, and providing actionable intelligence that enhances the Board’s situational awareness and preparedness.
- Act as a trusted risk partner to business units across the organisation, providing risk advisory support that enables robust risk management.
- Build organisational capability by developing programmes and initiatives that strengthen in-house risk expertise, while fostering a proactive, positive risk culture throughout the organisation.
- Provide secretariat support for the Board’s Risk Management Committee.

- Relevant experience in enterprise risk management, risk advisory, or governance roles within complex organisations.
- Have experience in analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to synthesise complex information, identify key issues and develop practical solutions in dynamic environments.
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks, governance structures, and regulatory requirements, particularly within the public sector environment.
- Have experience in stakeholder management with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking.
- Works independently and manages priorities effectively.
- Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
