What you will be working on
In this role, you will:
- Oversee the delivery of facilities management services to ensure smooth operation of CPF Board's premises.
- Work closely with the Facilities Management Company, CPF Board's staff and building tenants, providing technical guidance on mechanical and electrical requirements, and monitoring of systems.
- Study, plan and execute enhancement projects on cyclical replacement of the building systems.
- Maintain governance of facilities management processes, including comprehensive SOPs management.
- Drive digitalisation initiatives by leveraging AI and digital tools to transform and enhance operational efficiency.
- Drive environmental sustainability efforts and stay current with market best practices to future-proof the buildings.

- Relevant experience in facilities operations and management.
- Have experience in building systems such as air-conditioning, fire protection, Building Management System and power supply systems including generators and electrical distribution systems.
- Have experience in formulating environmental sustainability policies and initiatives within an organisation.
- Have experience in stakeholder management with proven ability to work with vendors and stakeholders in delivering facilities management outcomes.
- Experience with the use of AI and digital tools is an added advantage.
- Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking.
- Works independently and manages priorities effectively.
- Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
