What you will be working on
In this role, you will:
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with departments to develop in-depth understanding of business operations and requirements.
- Oversee and lead financial support for departmental strategic objectives, including budgeting, monitoring, financial analysis and external costing activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise resource allocation and drive better decision-making on resource utilisation and allocation.
- Manage and review cost allocation processes to evaluate the efficiency of different cost drivers and improve financial performance.
- Formulate and conduct continuous review of financial guidelines and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilise technology and data analytics to support management and departments in their decision-making processes.
- Lead ad hoc financial projects and initiatives as required to support organisational objectives.

- Relevant experience in finance business partnering, financial analysis, or management accounting roles.
- Experience in budgeting, costing, and financial planning processes within complex organisations.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA systems and financial management platforms.
- Experience with robotic process automation and data analytic tools would be advantageous.
- Have experience in analytical thinking, organisational planning, and stakeholder management.
- Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking.
- Works independently and manages priorities effectively.
- Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
