What will you be working on
In this role, you will:
- Identify, curate and implement innovative L&D initiatives to enhance overall L&D strategy and ensure CPFB staff are equipped for current and future challenges.
- Regularly review curricula and programmes to ensure alignment with organisational needs and emerging trends.
- Foster a culture of continuous, self-directed learning across the organisation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify current and emerging learning needs, develop tailored programmes to support the professional growth and development of CPFB staff.
- Implement end-to-end learning interventions using established methodologies (e.g., ADDIE model).
- Oversee the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the onboarding programme for new employees.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes through quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Prepare reports on learning outcomes and training expenditure for management review.
- Conduct periodic reviews of L&D processes and policies to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and alignment with organisational goals and industry best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest L&D technologies, methodologies, and industry trends.
- Lead or support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of assigned L&D initiatives.

Relevant experience in L&D, with demonstrated expertise in workforce upskilling, curriculum/programme review and policy review.

Proficient in developing competency frameworks and curating effective learning pathways to support staff development.

Proven project management skills, with the ability to efficiently manage and implement L&D projects.

Strong data analytics skills and digital fluency, with the ability to analyse learning data and leverage digital tools to enhance L&D effectiveness.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a solution-oriented approach to overcoming challenges and improving processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in facilitating stand-up training sessions and delivering clear messaging.

A flair for designing engaging and informative training programme EDMs.

Proficiency in designing and developing effective e-learning content that engages learners and drives knowledge retention.

ACLP qualifications or equivalent will be an added advantage.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
