What you will be working on
In this role, you will:
- Review and prepare cases for prosecution and handle necessary post-court follow-up actions.
- Conduct prosecution on behalf of the Board for offences under the CPF Act where required.
- Manage and monitor the appointment of law firms on the Legal Services Panel, and maintain and update records and policies relating to the Panel.
- Review the adoption of technology and data analytics to improve productivity and efficiency within the Legal Department.
- Identify and implement enhancements to legal team processes with a view towards simplification and streamlining.
- Provide functional and administrative support to the Legal Department, including performing ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Relevant experience in legal operations, prosecution support, or a related field.
- Experience in managing legal panel administration or vendor coordination will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with data analytics and the application of digital tools, including AI, to enhance productivity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic productivity tools.
- Have experience in problem-solving and data analysis within an operational or legal context.
- Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking, with the ability to prepare clear and well-structured legal documents and correspondence.
- Works independently and manages priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges, including ad-hoc assignments.
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Training will be provided for prosecution work.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 2-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
