Our Management Associate Programme offers you an opportunity to be at the forefront of contributing to the development and implementation of policies that will create impactful outcomes to the lives of Singaporeans.

Management Associate Programme Structure

Being part of #TeamCPF means embarking on a challenging and rewarding career in a progressive workplace that values productivity and growth. Here’s what awaits you:

  • Holistic Development: You will gain a deep understanding of CPF policies and strategies through a structured training programme and work on a broad range of challenging and impactful projects.
  • Mentorship and Career Progression: You will receive guidance from our experienced leaders to develop your core leadership competencies and prepare you for higher-level positions.
  • Interdisciplinary Exposure: You will undergo two rotations and take on stretch assignments to get to know the nuts and bolts of the Board’s operations.

Our Management Associate Programme offers two rotations over a 2-year term, aimed at establishing the foundation for your career at the CPF Board.

Those who demonstrate potential and excel in their work during the tenure of the 2-year Management Associate appointment may be invited to join the Senior Term to further their career development, for an additional 2 years through a third rotation. Officers who performed well and demonstrated leadership potential will be admitted into the Board’s talent management programme.

What you will be working on

  • Innovative and National Projects: Work on essential policies and schemes that support retirement, housing, and healthcare for 4 million Singaporeans.
  • Diverse Opportunities: Explore and work in a wide range of areas with a team that possess diverse job capabilities including Policy and Corporate Development, Schemes Delivery, Agency Services, Enforcement, and Infocomm Technology.
  • Professional Growth: Gain essential technical knowledge through on-the-job training, and a structured leadership development programme.

As a Management Associate at CPF Board, you will embark on a transformative learning journey, gaining expertise across various sectors and schemes, contributing to the development and implementation of policies that create impactful outcomes for Singaporeans in one of these functions:

  • Policy and Corporate Development: You will harness the power of data to strategically design policies to shape the future. Access ample opportunities to grow and provide expertise in communications, strategic planning, audit and more.
  • Schemes Delivery: You will innovate and improve ways to better oversee CPF accounts and serve members in meeting their changing needs to access their savings for approved uses to meet their retirement, housing, healthcare, and other needs.
  • Agency Services: You will be the bridge between CPF members, government agencies and our organisation to ensure seamless implementation of national schemes to benefit CPF members.
  • Enforcement: You will work hand-in-hand with employers to ensure our CPF members receive accurate and timely CPF contributions.
  • Infocomm Technology: You will push the boundaries of technology to provide innovative solutions to serve our staff and CPF members.

What we are looking for

We value the diverse talents and experiences that each individual brings to the table. While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team.

We are seeking passionate Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, either fresh graduates or working professionals with no more than 2 years of experience to join our team.

  • Working as a team: Ability to form effective partnerships and collaborate within and across teams, with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Working effectively with citizens and stakeholders: Ability to engage, rally, and mobilise stakeholders toward common goals and effectively co-create solutions with them.
  • Improving and innovating continuously: Possess an agile mindset to seek continual improvements, demonstrate boldness in exploring new ideas to achieve better outcomes while managing associated risks, and leverage data to gain insights for decision-making.
  • Serving with heart, commitment, and purpose: Demonstrate genuine care and empathy for stakeholders by considering issues from their perspectives and understanding impact of decisions.

Application Process

  1. Submit Your Application: Click the "Apply" button below and ensure your application includes your most recent educational transcript, along with details of your degree classification (obtained or expected) .
  2. Online Assessments: Eligible candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment through our appointed vendor, the Pulsifi platform, as the next stage of the selection process. 
  3. Assessment Centre: Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an in-person, half-day Assessment Centre held between December 2025 and January 2026. 
  4. Final Interview: Candidates who progress beyond the Assessment Centre will be invited for a final onsite interview with our core management team. 
  5. Application Outcome: Our HR team will inform all applicants of the outcome by April 2026. Successful candidates will begin their career journey with #TeamCPF in August 2026.
