What will you be working on
As a member of the Media & Publicity department, you will shape how the public understands and engages with CPF Board. This combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, as you develop and implement integrated campaigns that strengthen our position.
In this role, you will be:
- Responsible for planning and executing internal and external marketing communications initiatives for the Board, including marketing research, campaign management, media planning and contract management.
- Working with appointed agencies to deliver the Board’s key messages using through-the-line and integrated marketing communications initiatives to raise awareness and improve understanding of the CPF system and policies.
- Working with appointed research agencies to determine the appropriate research methodology and segmentation as well as evaluate and analyse the results.
- Providing communications support to other departments and schemes within the Board. This includes identifying potential opportunities for mass and targeted messaging, content strategy and planning, working with appointed agencies to conceptualise and develop relevant publicity content, copy writing and editing across various formats of communications materials.

- Relevant experience in integrated marketing campaign management and execution.
- Experience in financial industry and/ or public sector is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of marketing communications (both offline and digital), research, creative and media-buy processes as well as preparation of marketing reports to track progress/impact of marketing initiatives
- Meticulous and possess a strong eye for design with ability to present information in clear and concise manner across a range of communication platforms creatively.
- Strong project management, presentation, writing and interpersonal communications skills
- Creative self-starter who is also able to work effectively in a team.
- Adept at handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
