What you will be working on
In this role, you will:
- Design, maintain and deliver training programmes to equip intermediaries (e.g. grassroots leaders, union leaders, CPF volunteers) with knowledge on CPF schemes and policies to effectively educate and serve the community.
- Manage the end-to-end CPF Volunteering (CPFV) programme, encompassing volunteer training, and deployment of volunteers and the CPFV mobile application, to ensure sustainable community impact.
- Maintain volunteer databases and records, including compilation and presentation of performance data/statistics to Management.
- Undertake impactful and sustainable outreach activities such as talks, webinars, booth engagements, and training sessions to enhance public understanding of CPF schemes and services.
- Support Board-wide strategic communications and partnerships by ensuring consistent messaging and aligned communication objectives to enhance CPF member engagement.

The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
