What you will be working on
As a Policy Administration Executive in the Home Protection Scheme (HPS) team, you will play a key role in ensuring that members' HPS covers are accurately processed and maintained. The team administers the full lifecycle of HPS policies, covering members' applications, issuance of covers, premium deductions, premium top-ups, renewals, adjustments, exemptions, and terminations.
In this role, you will:
- Process HPS application forms submitted by members for covers, exemptions, premium top-ups, and other related requests, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
- Liaise with service partners including HDB, private insurers, and mortgagees to facilitate smooth policy administration and resolve operational matters.
- Provide operational support to the Senior Manager, Manager, and Assistant Manager, including the preparation and collation of statistics, conducting system User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and performing accounts reconciliation.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence and handling telephone enquiries from members and stakeholders.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

- Relevant experience in policy administration, insurance operations, or a related field.
- Experience working with service partners or external stakeholders such as financial institutions, insurers, or government agencies is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in process improvement using automation tools such as Macros or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of insurance or housing-related schemes, such as HPS or similar mortgage protection products, is a plus.
- Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking, with the ability to handle correspondence and engage members and partners professionally.
- Works independently and manages priorities effectively, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges, with a positive attitude and good initiative.
- A collaborative team player who works well with colleagues across functions to achieve shared goals.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.

Job Responsibilities

Required Attributes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; Preferably have some experience in making process improvements using Macros/RPA
- Possess strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and writing skills, as well as excellent customer service skills
- Have good initiative and positive attitude
- Must be a team player and able to meet deadlines
