What will you be working on
In this role, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing CPF policies, focusing on retirement, housing, healthcare financing, and other relevant areas, to ensure alignment with the evolving needs of Singaporeans.
- Lead the development of policy proposals in areas requiring change, leveraging thorough analysis to build compelling cases and assess the potential impact and implementation strategies.
- Oversee the seamless coordination of projects aimed at achieving policy objectives. This includes conducting ground research, utilising data analytics, and actively engaging CPF members to gather insights and feedback.

- Relevant experience in policy analysis, development, or implementation, ideally within the public sector or a policy research organisation.
- Interest in economic and social policy frameworks, with a deep understanding of Singapore's socio-economic landscape.
- Demonstrate ability to think strategically and critically analyse policy issues, considering both short-term objectives and long-term implications.
- Possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting data, conducting research, and synthesising complex information to inform policy recommendations.
- Demonstrate a good track record in project management, with the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion within established timelines.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including CPF members, government agencies, and industry experts.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic policy environment, while remaining focused on achieving policy objectives.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.

Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
