What you will be working on
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements.
- Develop project plans, office layouts, establish timelines and budgets, and coordinate resources.
- Prepare specifications and bill of quantities for tenders and quotations.
- Work closely with Procurement and Legal Departments for tender/quotation execution and award of renovation projects.
- Manage contractors and supervise works to ensure they are executed in accordance with project requirements, timelines and budgets.

- Relevant experience in renovation project management with hands-on experience managing projects from conception to completion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software for project documentation and design work.
- Experience in office space planning, interior design and electrical works would be advantageous.
- Have experience in preparing specifications, managing tenders, and coordinating with procurement processes.
- Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking.
- Works independently and manages priorities effectively.
- Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
