What you will be working on
In this role, you will:
- Lead discussions with internal and external stakeholders to define project specifications, deliverables, and implementation timelines for government payout schemes.
- Ensure scheme implementation adheres to requirements and guidelines established by scheme principals.
- Drive the improvement of data quality and develop governance processes and standard operating procedures to manage data received and transmitted.
- Manage means-testing activities to ensure allotment accuracy.

- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy in data processing and scheme implementation.
- Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking.
- Works independently and manages priorities effectively.
- Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
