What you will be working on
As a Project Specialist (Healthcare Insurance), you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing private medical insurance schemes that provide comprehensive healthcare coverage to Singapore residents.
In this role, you will:
• Manage day-to-day operations of Private Medical Insurance Schemes under the MediShield Life and CareShield Life Schemes, focusing on Integrated Shield Plans and Supplement Plans.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including MOH, MAS, and Private Insurers to provide enhanced health and long-term care insurance coverage to every eligible Singapore resident.
- Support policy reviews and enable customer-friendly options during regular scheme enhancement exercises.
- Enhance systems to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness whilst maintaining cost recovery effectiveness.
• Analyse data to drive and support changes that achieve customer-centric outreach and sustainable outcomes.
• Review members' feedback and recommend changes to communications, internal controls, processes, or digital support services as appropriate.

The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
