What you will be working on
In this role, you will:
- Manage the operational administration of CPF Housing Schemes, CPF Housing Grant and Home Ownership Plus Education (HOPE) schemes, ensuring consistent service excellence and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Oversee and develop a team of Managers and Senior Managers, providing coaching and performance management to drive operational effectiveness and professional growth.
- Drive strategic policy reviews and process improvements by analysing operational data, identifying enhancement opportunities, and implementing innovative solutions to optimise member experience and operational efficiency.
- Manage escalated complex cases, appeals, and sensitive matters, including those from Members of Parliament and Political Office holders, ensuring timely resolution whilst maintaining public confidence and regulatory compliance.
- Spearhead digital transformation and modernisation initiatives, including the deployment of automation tools, system enhancements, and process re-engineering to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with multiple government agencies (such as MOM, HDB, MND, MAS) to review policies, implement changes, and develop integrated solutions for members through cross-agency initiatives.

- Relevant experience in operations management, policy implementation, and service delivery, with demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and operational portfolios.
- Have experience in leadership and people management with proven ability to guide, develop, and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Have experience in analytical and strategic thinking, with experience in data-driven decision making, process improvement, and translating insights into actionable operational strategies.
- Sound understanding of housing policies, financial services operations, or public sector service delivery, with ability to navigate regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, with ability to engage effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Have experience in project management with experience leading digital transformation, automation, or process modernisation initiatives.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
