What you will be working on
In this role, you will:
- Manage the administration of withdrawal schemes under Account Closure, including policy reviews, operational processes and system enhancements to ensure CPF assets are disbursed accurately and promptly to rightful beneficiaries.
- Review and improve end-to-end processes across Nominations, Withdrawals and Disbursements to strengthen service delivery, operational effectiveness and customer experience.
- Partner stakeholders across departments to identify process gaps, assess operational impact and implement harmonised solutions to support business objectives.
- Analyse operational trends, emerging issues and customer feedback to develop recommendations that improve policy implementation and service outcomes.
- Drive data analytics initiatives, including the management and enhancement of the Death Withdrawal data mart, to support evidence-based decision making.
- Develop business insights, management reports and performance dashboards to monitor operational outcomes, risks and service standards.
- Contribute operational perspectives and recommendations to support strategic planning, resource allocation and capability development within the department.
- Support capability-building initiatives by promoting data literacy, process improvement practices and the effective use of analytics across the team.

- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, operational risk considerations or customer journey enhancement practices.
- Ability to communicate clearly and present insights effectively through written reports, presentations and stakeholder engagements.
- Demonstrates initiative, adaptability and sound judgement when managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working with detail-oriented processes while maintaining a focus on accuracy, timeliness and customer outcomes.

Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
