What will you be working on
CPF Board helps members to save for their retirement, housing and healthcare needs. Its Customer Contact Centre (CCC) handles one of the highest volumes of phone calls and correspondences (e.g. email) within the Public Service. As a member of the Performance and Operations Support Unit, you will play a crucial role achieve a best-in-class standard for our customer service.
In this role, you will:
- Review and assess calls and correspondences received by the CCC to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Diagnose potential operational challenges and propose actionable solutions to optimise CCC’s performance and efficiency.
- Design and standardise comprehensive frameworks for data collection, processing, analysis, and visualisation to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
- Initiate and manage projects that leverage data to gain customer insights and enhance customer experience. This includes utilising tools for live chat analysis and speech analytics to drive meaningful improvements.
- Effectively communicate analyses and concepts through engaging presentations and lead knowledge-sharing sessions to foster collaboration and learning.
What are we looking for
We value the diverse talents and experiences that each individual brings to the table. While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team.
- Relevant experience in roles such as Data Analyst or a similar analytics function which includes hands-on experience with data collection, processing, and analysis, as well as expertise in using data visualisation and analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions.
- Proficiency in a diverse range of data and statistical tools is highly preferred. This includes advanced skills in programming languages such as Python, R, and VBA. Experience with machine learning techniques and large language models is advantageous.
- Good experience with data visualisation and productivity software, including Power BI, Jupyter Notebook, Amazon SageMaker, and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Good understanding of data infrastructure, operations, and policy, with a focus on data storytelling, foundational analytics principles, and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiar in handling large datasets with precision, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of big data. Experience with quantitative analysis, as well as text and speech analysis, is beneficial.
- Ability in creating clear, impactful written reports and presentations.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
