What you will be working on
As a member of the Digital Strategy and Transformation Office within the Retirement Withdrawals Department (RWD), you will play a central role in coordinating a cross-functional team to drive the development and implementation of digital products across the Retirement Group. Working in a dynamic environment, you will work alongside RWD scheme sections, Retirement Group's scheme departments, Principal Ministries (e.g. MOM), IT teams (including developers, business analysts, designers) and other key stakeholders to lead initiatives aimed at enhancing member journeys across key retirement milestones. This includes reviewing horizontal processes to identify opportunities and ensure alignment across teams, streamlining internal work processes to build resource capacity and ultimately improve service delivery to our members.
In this role, you will:
- Centrally drive the conceptualisation and implementation of cross-cutting digital products and policy-driven process changes across retirement schemes, ensuring seamless integration of retirement services.
- Chart and execute the product vision for RWD and the Retirement Group's digital products, including scheme information pages, e-forms, calculators, planners, and anti-scam measures, to effectively communicate policies and schemes, and guide members to plan and transact effectively and securely.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance member journeys across key retirement milestones, translating user needs into innovative digital solutions that ensure aligned, comprehensive service delivery.
- Drive change management and communications strategies for RWD's initiatives, while coordinating cross-cutting red teaming efforts to strengthen digital solutions.
- Represent the group or department in Board-wide committees.
What we are looking for
- Relevant experience in digital product management or a similar role, with demonstrated experience in enhancing user experiences through innovative digital solutions.
- Experience in change management and familiarity with Design Thinking, Behavioural Insights, or User Experience Design methodologies will be advantageous.
- Have experience in analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data insights to drive product strategies and translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
- Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking, to collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
- Works independently and manages priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges, with a positive approach to innovation.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
This position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board, with an option to renew contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. There is also potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
