What you will be working on
In this role, you will:
- Manage the development and enhancements of public-facing websites for government disbursement schemes to ensure reliable access to accurate scheme information and services.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including internal users, IT project managers, developers and other product development teams to gather requirements and translate into clear user stories to develop functional website features and enhancements.
- Propose and assist in website development projects to improve user experience and workflows.
- Coordinate onboarding of new schemes and maintain existing website content by working closely with cross-functional teams, tracking project milestones, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
What are we looking for
- Relevant experience in website development, content management systems, or digital project coordination.
- Have experience with web technologies, website development tools and content management systems.
- Good understanding of Scrum methodology and project management principles.
- Basic understanding of UX design principles, web accessibility guidelines, and user research methodologies.
- Have experience in analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, and the flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking.
- Works independently and manages priorities effectively.
- Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes to facilitate team coverage.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
