What will you be working on
As a member of the Governance & Resource Planning section, you are responsible for devising operational strategies, engaging with external stakeholders on strategic issues, and developing and implementing a robust resource management framework.
In this role, you will:
- Formulate and implement operational strategies that align with organisational goals and engage external stakeholders on critical strategic issues related to healthcare financing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deploy an effective resource management framework, including processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement necessary legislative and governance structures to support healthcare financing schemes administrated by CPF Board.
- Plan, manage, and execute cross-functional projects that impact the administration and optimisation of healthcare financing schemes.
- Provide secretariat support for relevant committees, including coordination of meetings, preparation of agendas and minutes, and management of various reports, audits, and submissions.
- Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.

- Relevant experience in governance, resource planning, or project management, with a strong track record in healthcare finance or public sector administration preferred.
- Experience in data analytics and proficiency in statistical and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, R, or Python will be advantageous.
- Experience in developing and implementing resource management frameworks and SOPs preferred
- Good project management skills with the ability to handle multiple cross-functional projects.
- Good analytical and numeracy skills
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
