What you will be working on

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the administration of withdrawal schemes under Account Closure, including policy reviews, operational processes and system enhancements to ensure CPF assets are disbursed accurately and promptly to rightful beneficiaries.
  • Review and improve end-to-end processes across Nominations, Withdrawals and Disbursements to strengthen service delivery, operational effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Partner stakeholders across departments to identify process gaps, assess operational impact and implement harmonised solutions to support business objectives.
  • Analyse operational trends, emerging issues and customer feedback to develop recommendations that improve policy implementation and service outcomes.
  • Drive data analytics initiatives, including the management and enhancement of the Death Withdrawal data mart, to support evidence-based decision making.
  • Develop business insights, management reports and performance dashboards to monitor operational outcomes, risks and service standards.
  • Contribute operational perspectives and recommendations to support strategic planning, resource allocation and capability development within the department.
  • Support capability-building initiatives by promoting data literacy, process improvement practices and the effective use of analytics across the team.

  • Relevant experience in operations management, policy administration, business process review or service delivery functions.
  • Ability to analyse operational issues, identify trends and translate findings into practical recommendations and solutions.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboard development or the use of data to support business and operational decisions.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders to achieve shared objectives and drive initiatives.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, operational risk considerations or customer journey enhancement practices.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and present insights effectively through written reports, presentations and stakeholder engagements.
  • Demonstrates initiative, adaptability and sound judgement when managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working with detail-oriented processes while maintaining a focus on accuracy, timeliness and customer outcomes.

 

The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.

Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
