What you will be working on

In this role, you will:

  • Manage day-to-day operations related to premium collection under the MediShield Life and CareShield Life/ElderShield schemes; manage fund projection and fund transfer responsibilities, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely transfer of funds.
  • Partner and support MOH on policy reviews relating to MediShield Life and CareShield Life/ElderShield premium collection, and drive end-to-end implementation of policy changes, including public communications, legislation, system testing and post-implementation checks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on operational reviews and drive initiatives to achieve operational efficiency through process enhancements and system automation.
  • Analyse data to drive and support changes that achieve customer-centric outreach and sustainable outcomes.

The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.

This position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board, with an option to renew contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. There is also potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
