What will you be working on
In this role, you will
- Be part of a dynamic team that helps Singaporeans build up more retirement savings through the Retirement Sum Topping-Up Scheme and Matched Retirement Saving Scheme.
- Administer the operations of these schemes, ensuring effective and seamless service delivery to Singaporeans. This includes proactive monitoring of processes, taking on higher roles in reviewing transactions and reports, and the handling public enquiries/appeals.
- Be a key team member to implement various initiatives - policy enhancements, improvements to processes and services, outreach efforts to enhance Singaporeans’ understanding and enable them to take action to benefit from these schemes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, government agencies and external partners to for win-win work delivery.
- Supervise staff to enable them to deliver work outcomes, and support their career development.

The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
