What you will be working on
The team you are joining is focused on empowering senior Singaporeans to enhance their retirement plans through strategic home monetisation schemes, including the Lease Buyback Scheme and Silver Housing Bonus.
In this role, you will:
- Provide support to our Senior/ Managers in managing the end-to-end operations of these critical schemes, ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate service delivery to CPF members. This includes processing applications, maintaining a high standard of documentation, and preparing key operational reports and progress updates.
- Address and resolve member inquiries and provide guidance on scheme details, fostering clear and effective communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, departments, and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of all scheme-related activities, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and policies.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and administrative responsibilities, while also providing valuable support to supervisors on various projects.
- Review and implement process enhancements where applicable to optimise workflow and service delivery.

- Good organisational skills with proficiency in numerical, written, and verbal communication
- Proficient in basic productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) and eager to learn and apply new digital tools, such as generative AI and robotic process automation.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.

Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
