What you will be working on
You will be part of a dynamic team that helps Singaporeans build up more retirement savings through the Retirement Sum Topping-Up Scheme and Matched Retirement Saving Scheme.
In this role, you will:
- Execute administrative tasks and provide operational support related to the Retirement Sum Topping-Up Scheme and Matched Retirement Saving Scheme to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
- Provide CPF member-centric services in the processing of their applications, and handling of their enquiries and appeals.
- Provide support to enable the successful implementation of policy and service enhancements, and outreach initiatives to encourage participation.
- Provide support to Senior Managers in effectively executing operational activities, to improve services and operations.
- Liaise with internal departments, government agencies and external organisations to deliver seamless services and engage CPF members.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential areas for process improvement to supervisors.
- Review and implement process enhancements where applicable to optimise workflow and service delivery.

The seniority of appointment and actual corportate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
