What you will be working on
As a Housing Monetisation Executive, you will support the end-to-end operations of key home monetisation schemes, including the Lease Buyback Scheme and Silver Housing Bonus, empowering senior Singaporeans to enhance their retirement plans.
In this role, you will:
- Support Senior Officers and Managers in managing the end-to-end operations of home monetisation schemes, ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate service delivery to CPF members, including processing applications, maintaining documentation standards, and preparing operational reports and progress updates.
- Address and resolve member enquiries, providing clear and accurate guidance on scheme details to foster effective communication and a positive member experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, departments, and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of all scheme-related activities, maintaining alignment with organisational goals and policies.
- Review and implement process enhancements where applicable to optimise workflow and service delivery.
- Provide support to supervisors on projects and take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and administrative responsibilities as required.

- Relevant experience in housing schemes administration, service operations, or a related field.
- Experience in case management, application processing, or operational support roles.
- Familiarity with home monetisation schemes such as the Lease Buyback Scheme or Silver Housing Bonus will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and the ability to identify and implement workflow enhancements.
- Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking.
- Works independently and manages priorities effectively.
- Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs.
