What you will be working on

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the daily operations to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of payout to CPF members. This includes handling applications, processing transactions, and effectively engaging with members through calls and correspondence to resolve inquiries, concerns, and ensure smooth payout processes.
  • Respond to member inquiries and appeals with professionalism, clarity, and empathy. Ensure transparency and accuracy in conveying scheme details and payout information.
  • Collaborate with Managers and relevant teams including IT, in the planning, execution, and monitoring of process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
  • Provide support for user acceptance testing (UAT) of new or enhanced systems and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness within operations.

  • Relevant experience in administration or operations function.
  • Strong focus on customer service and relationship management.
  • Ability to comprehend and internalise procedural guidelines and their underlying rationale.
  • Capability to connect operational tasks to broader departmental and organisational objectives.
  • Ability to provide support, answer queries, and resolve issues in an efficient manner.
  • Experience with work improvement methodologies, such as UiPath and Lean Six Sigma, will be an added advantage.
  • Meticulous and responsible, with a keen eye for detail in ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving tasks and responsibilities within a dynamic work environment.

The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.

Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
