What will you be working on
- Execute administrative tasks to facilitate timely and accurate payouts for CPF members. This encompasses processing applications and transactions, as well as engaging with members via calls and correspondence to address inquiries and concerns regarding their payouts.
- Assist section managers in initiatives aimed at improving processes and services to ensure the successful realisation of retirement decumulation objectives. This includes providing support for user acceptance testing of new or enhanced systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential areas for process improvement to supervisors.
- Review and implement process enhancements where applicable to optimise workflow and service delivery.

The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.

Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
