What you will be working on
In this role, you will:
- Manage daily operations to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of payouts to CPF members, including handling applications, processing transactions, and engaging with members through calls and correspondence to resolve enquiries and ensure smooth payout processes.
- Respond to member enquiries and appeals with professionalism, clarity, and empathy, ensuring transparency and accuracy in conveying scheme details and payout information.
- Collaborate with managers and relevant teams, including IT, in the planning, execution, and monitoring of process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
- Provide support for user acceptance testing (UAT) of new or enhanced systems and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness within operations.

- Relevant experience in an administration or operations function.
- Have experience in customer service and relationship management, with the ability to provide support, answer queries, and resolve issues in an efficient manner.
- Ability to comprehend and internalise procedural guidelines and their underlying rationale, with the capability to connect operational tasks to broader departmental and organisational objectives.
- Experience with work improvement methodologies such as UiPath or Lean Six Sigma will be an added advantage.
- Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking.
- Works independently and manages priorities effectively.
- Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges.
- Meticulous and responsible, with a keen eye for detail in ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs.
