What you will be working on
In this role, you will:
- Analyse departmental data requirements and pilot advanced analytics, graph analytics, and AI solutions to strengthen risk management capabilities and improve the efficiency of risk management processes.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support the department with its monitoring and reporting requirements. In addition to clear visuals, you should add value by ensuring that the data collection, preparation and transformation process is efficient.
- Collaborate with the data ingestion team to define business requirements and ensure data architecture supports analytical and reporting needs.
- Present findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage existing Data Science and AI projects, including executing enhancements to continually meet the evolving needs of the team.
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in technology and AI and apply them in the context of the department, where possible.

- Relevant experience in data analytics, risk management, or related analytical roles.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Neo4j, PySpark, Python, SQL, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with AI-coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Manus would be beneficial.
- Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking.
- Works independently and manages priorities effectively.
- Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges.
- Experience in developing problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Approaches problems with a flexible mindset and adjusts when project needs change.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
