What will you be working on
The Frontier Products Team is on the cutting edge of developing software products that enable CPF Board and the broader government sector to operate more efficiently and effectively. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital transformation. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build innovative cloud-native solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the design, architecture, and development of several strategic products and initiatives.
- Leverage your expertise in GenAI to explore innovative applications both within our products and to enhance internal workflows.
- Take ownership of delivering end-to-end solutions, working closely with Product Managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and alignment with business goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing, providing mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
- Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge cloud technologies, including AWS and Azure, to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.

- Have experience leading technical initiatives and making decisions that impact both product and team development.

- Demonstrates problem-solving skills and passion for continuous learning with drive to innovate.

The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 2-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
