What you will be working on
- Evaluate business, internal, and external environments, including industry trends and emerging technologies, to inform IT strategic planning and future-state direction.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to synthesise data and insights, enabling holistic, data-driven IT planning and decision-making.
- Shape and contribute to the formulation of actionable IT strategic plans aligned with enterprise business priorities and digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive the design and evolution of the IT operating model to support ops-tech integration and strategic, product-centric ways of working.
- Facilitate strategic workforce planning, organisation design, and change management to support strategy execution and workforce transitions for the Future of Work.
- Design, execute, and continuously improve strategic engagement and communication initiatives, including planning workshops and change enablement activities, to reinforce desired behaviours, alignment, and collaboration across teams.
- Provide secretariat and governance support to technology management committees, including the preparation of strategic inputs, analyses, and materials to enable informed decision-making.

- Relevant experience in strategic planning, business analysis, organisational development, change management, or related fields, with exposure to enterprise-level or cross-functional initiatives.
- Have experience in analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills, synthesising insights from diverse qualitative and quantitative sources.
- Ability to translate business priorities and outcomes into coherent, actionable strategies, including technology-enabled or digital initiatives.
- Sound understanding of business strategy, operating models, and digital trends, and how technology enables organisational outcomes. (Background in IT or technology domains is an advantage.)
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and change initiatives, bridging perspectives between business and technology teams.
- Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking.
- Works independently and manages priorities effectively.
- Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges.
- Self-motivated, curious, and collaborative, with experience in taking ownership of projects and initiatives.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, operating effectively in evolving environments.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on 2-year full time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with potential for emplacement into permanent position.
