What will you be working on
In this role, you will:
- Lead and supervise a team to develop, drive, and manage a robust Leadership Development (LD) curriculum under School of Leadership and Management Operations. This includes addressing leadership development needs across various management levels, from junior supervisors to Senior Management and high-potential employees, aligning with the strategic demands of the organisation and the Whole-of-Government (WOG) Leadership Competency framework.
- Strengthen the leadership pipeline by incorporating best practices in adult learning and staying current with the latest trends in leadership development, executive training, and technology.
- Design and conduct effective stand-up training sessions for Senior Management, utilising appropriate learning solutions.
- Lead data-driven analysis of leadership performance by overseeing the administration of 360-degree feedback for Middle Managers to Senior Management.
- Foster a mentoring and coaching culture with the Board by driving a framework that integrates philosophy, strategy, practices, initiatives, and desired behaviours. This is to support and enhance both on-the-job training and formal learning, accelerating leadership development and growth through purposeful guidance.
- Stay abreast of emerging practices in leadership and organisational development, as well as advancements in learning design and technology.
- Oversee the operations of the School of Leadership and Management, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Monitor key success metrics, such as leadership and supervisory indices in employee opinion surveys, to track and enhance program effectiveness.

- Demonstrated strong track record in Leadership Development, Learning and Development, and Organisation Development, as well as experience in supervisory role.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex situations, identify key insights, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with individuals at all levels, from junior staff to senior management. Strong facilitation abilities to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee a team in planning and executing projects, ensuring objectives and timelines are met.

The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
