What you will be working on
In this role, you will:
- Manage and optimise the Board’s Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) infrastructure by overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth deployment and management of cloud resources.
- Contribute to the software development lifecycle of mission-critical web application, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement DevSecOps practices, maintaining robust monitoring and security measures, automating cloud operations, and optimising performance and costs.
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to minimise downtime and ensure high availability.

- Relevant experience in DevSecOps, Cloud, or related fields.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages, tools, and technologies:
- DevSecOps process and tools e.g. Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Fortify.
- Infrastructure as Code tools e.g. Terraform.
- Managing and operating on Cloud platforms e.g. Azure or AWS.
- Security and compliance principles/applications e.g. Zero Trust Security.
- Automation of provisioning, monitoring, patching, and other aspects of Cloud services.
- Microservices and container technologies e.g. Kubernetes, Helm, Istio.
- Understanding of Government Commercial Cloud (GCC).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent documentation skills, ensuring clear and comprehensive records of processes and systems.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to stay up to date with the latest developments in cloud technology and tools.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on 2-year full time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with potential for emplacement into permanent position.
