What will you be working on
As a member of the Strategy and Planning department, you will drive CPF Board's strategic future and lead strategic planning initiatives to strengthen governance frameworks while working directly with Board members and senior stakeholders.
In this role, you will
International Engagement
- Drive CPF Board's participation in international retirement and pension system networks
- Identify and evaluate strategic learning opportunities and partnerships globally
- Develop and maintain relationships with international counterparts and industry leaders
Governance & Policy
- Design and implement comprehensive governance frameworks and policies
- Establish clear operational guidelines defining the CPF Board's roles, responsibilities, and powers
- Ensure CPF Board's compliance with trustee obligations and regulatory requirements
- Oversee policy development and implementation of Board resolutions
Board Secretariat Management
- Coordinate and facilitate Board meetings, Pre-Board sessions, and special engagements
- Act as primary liaison between Chairman, Board members, and internal departments
- Manage follow-up actions and ensure timely resolution of Board matters
- Provide strategic support to Board members on governance and operational matters

The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
