What you will be working on
You will drive Board’s success by strategically allocating resources, developing workforce planning strategies, and ensuring robust governance to meet fiduciary responsibilities.
In this role, you will:
Strategic Resource Allocation
- Identify, forward plan and prioritise organisational workforce needs to manage and optimise resources to drive enterprise-wide productivity, and develop strategies for capacity creation
- Utilise analytics to sense-make, generate insights and reports to enable data-driven recommendations for executive decisions on resource strategies and workforce initiatives to enhance effectiveness
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in resource planning to continuously update resourcing strategies, workforce planning and review process improvements to streamline resource planning
Strategic Workforce Planning
- Support senior leadership to understand current and future organisational needs to develop workforce strategies
- Develop, maintain and update workforce models and structures that addresses the dynamic needs of the organisation aligning it to the evolving workforce landscape
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic resourcing initiatives and workforce planning efforts
Governance
- Institute governance frameworks and policies, monitor its implementation and compliance to ensure proper discharge of CPFB’s role as Trustee

- Relevant experience in strategic resourcing, workforce planning, or corporate governance is advantageous but not essential.
- Have experience in critical and analytical skills with a resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Have experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to align expectations and gain buy-in.
- Ability to adapt to change and navigate ambiguity and complexity.
- Confidence to challenge established practices and bring innovative solutions.
- Excellent written and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools would be beneficial.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
